Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Swaad, the catering-management service operated by dhumketu.space ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Notify us promptly at support@dhumketu.space of any unauthorised use or security breach.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
No probing, scanning, or reverse-engineering of the Service.
No spam or abuse of other users or our systems.
No resale or sublicensing of the Service without our permission.
Respect published rate limits and fair-use boundaries.

4. Your content

You own the content you create in your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for content retained to meet legal obligations or content shared within a workspace you belong to.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.
The price is ₹24,000 per application, per year.
Every new workspace includes a 7-day free trial.
Service ingest is gated by an active subscription or trial. When a subscription lapses, the ingest endpoint returns HTTP 402 (Payment Required).
Coupons may extend a trial or reduce the next invoice.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

We rely on Google for sign-in and Razorpay for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by dhumketu.space. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your content remains yours.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or ₹10,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dhumketu.space from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
